Decree of adoption and inerent the formalization of the LIM

Decreto di promulgazione e di adozione inerente l'ufficializazione della sede LIM 

Art.1

Si conferma lo spazio virtuale concesso alla L.I.M. la quale potrà usarlo per le sue attività di pubblicizzazione dell’attività micro nazionale;

Art.2

lo spazio concesso è sotto la sovranità dello S.M.OR.A e non sono previste deroghe a tale principio .

Art.3

Lo S.M.O.R.A. si impegna a gestire questo spazio in modo autonomo nominandone un responsabile che può essere un’ Organo dell’Ordine ,singolo o Collegiale , che prenderà in carico la gestione di questo spazio.

Art.4

Lo S.M.O.R.A. potrà gestire tale spazio per pubblicizzare le proprie attività in modo autonomo e libero nel rispetto del mandato e della tematica per cui la L.I.M. è stata fondata .

Art.5

La sede L.I.M. in quanto momento collaborativo di natura sia politica / istituzionale che culturale avrà l’avallo formale del consiglio sia dei 12 che del SENATO M. oltre ad essere sottoposto ad ulteriore integrazione e dibattito nella prossima riunione generale del 21/24 giugno del 2012 . Tale definitiva ratifica avverrà con la riforma e l’avviamento del provvisorio centro di sperimentazione e certificazione “Matidia Minore “ in un modello più complesso ed organico con le istituzioni dell’ordine .

Art.6

La nomina del o dei gestori dello spazio LIM virtuale sarà comunicato con apposito provvedimento come sarà comunicato l’eventuale spazio fisico messo a disposizione della stessa LIM.

Art.7

Lo S.M.O.R.A. metterà a disposizione della lim una mail creata per tale servizio ed in futuro altri ausili. La L.I.M. potrà usare anche le Poste Magistrali Adrianee qualora ne avesse bisogno ed i costi saranno addebitati agli affari generali dell’ordine.

Art.8

La L.I.M. non solo potrà usufruire delle strutture dello S.M.OR.A. ,ma si impegna a rispettarne la costituzione,la sovranita’ , e tutte le disposizione in materia sia economica /politica e culturale non interferendo con esse , ma in forma collaborativa e solidale come prevede la mission dell’ORDINE.

Art.9

IL presente decreto ha effetto dopo 24 ore dalla promulgazione e pubblicazione sugli organi ufficiali dello S.M.O.R.A. come previsto dal decreto ON THE WEB . L’ordine si riserva un periodo di 90 giorni per la completa attuazione da quanto stabilito in questo progetto , prevedendo eventuali modifiche o integrazioni ed un breve regolamento di esecuzione /funzionamento dello stesso spazio.

Decree of adoption and inerent the formalization of the LIM

Art.1

This confirms the virtual space granted to LIM which will be able to use it for advertising the activities of national micro;

Art.2

Space is allowed under the sovereignty of SMOR.A and there are no exceptions to this principle.

Art.3

The S.M.O.R.A. is committed to managing this space independently appointing a manager who can be a 'body of the Order, single or Collegiate, which will take over the management of this space.

Art.4

The S.M.O.R.A. can manage this space to publicize their activities in an autonomous and free in compliance with the mandate of the issue and that the LIM was founded.

Art.5

The seat L.I.M. as time collaborative nature of both political / institutional culture will have the formal endorsement of the board is that of the 12 SENATE M. in addition to being subjected to further integration and debate at the next general meeting on 21/24 June 2012. This will be the final ratification of the reform and the start of the temporary center of testing and certification "Matidia Minor" in a more complex model with institutions and organic order.

Art.6

The appointment of the managers or LIM virtual space will be communicated in the legislation as it will release any physical space available to the same LIM.

Art.7

The S.M.O.R.A. make available to the lim an email created for this service in the future and other aids. The L.I.M. can also use the Magistral Post Hadrian when he needed it and the cost will be charged to the general affairs of the order.

Art.8

The L.I.M. not only can enjoy the facilities of the SMOR.A. , But is committed to respect the constitution, sovereignty ', and all available in both economic / political and cultural will not interfere with them, but in a collaborative and supportive as required by the mission ORDER.

Art.9

The present decree shall take effect 24 hours after promulgation and publication of the official organs SMORA as required by the decree ON THE WEB. The order reserves a period of 90 days for the full implementation of the provisions in this project, providing any amendments or additions and a brief implementing regulation / operation of the same space.
