Free Information Award II

Dear Friends, I find myself for the second year to write a few lines to declare once again the winners of the second edition of Free Information Award. I never thought to get to write a second speech for a second edition, but if I'm doing is certainly not on my own, but only that you're still here believing in this project is the Free Information Micronational.
Before arriving in announcing the three winners let me say a few words for this great and beautiful community.
A very diverse community that spends a lot on this project, which is slowly becoming more and your not just mine, and so if the LIM-IMF is still alive I owe it all to you.
A 2012 which was perhaps a turning point for us and for the LIM-IMF maybe someone would not give him even 3 months, but the project is still evolving and perhaps the beauty of LIM-IMF is that there is a proper and real agenda written, but we do what we feel we can do if we deem it necessary. So I conclude by saying, we continue like this and go on our way.

Now I really finished and we begin to give the deserved prizes.
If someone does not know, because it's just a member of the LIM-IMF, these Awards are awarded three categories, the best journalist, best paper and the best network.

With regard to the Network category I can say with great pleasure that this year will be awarded a network, rather the network for excellence in the world micronational known to me, who has always had a very constant in his work, precise and humble. A network that tells very well what happens in their territories, and especially with a lot of dedication and always with few resources is always present with his conductor Giorgio Viganò news channels in the LIM-IMF. So for the second consecutive year Cattimondo News won the award for best network and I can say that the Cattimondo News is the perfect example to all those who want to pursue such a service.

With regard to the category of newspapers I was very tight in choosing a winner but in the end I could not choose otherwise. A newspaper that this very, very well done and much later by myself. A newspaper that has evolved over time, given that I follow from time Vitla. So with great happiness wins the Award for the best paper of the year, The St. Charlian Observer. I hope that this paper serves as an example to all and will continue to do its best and is always on top even to win the Award 2013.

Finally, reward the best journalist of 2012. As I said at the time of the founding of the LIM-IMF to make information should not be professional journalists or members of one imaginary register. Who makes the news is a journalist and until the LIM-IMF is alive and I'll be there, this principle will never fail. So for this I would give the 2012 Award for the best journalist of the year to a person who knows the Italian language even though he knows very well the Russian, who since the LIM-IMF is highly integrated and has immediately understood the spirit of the LIM-IMF. So congratulations to Yaroslav Mar, which won the award for best journalist of the year.

Well this year the Awards were and I hope that 2013 is much more active in the field of information and that this community will be strengthened even more.

Good information ......

P.s. Sorry for my english

Buona Informazione……

Piter Zucca interview Giuliano Peretti

The first question even if it seems trivial duty to do, who is Julian Peretti and what was his experience in the Res Publica SPQR Roman Republic.   To tell you the truth I do not like so much about me, I have no great success to tell. I love the History, Philosophy and Policy hatred since I was a kid. Someone important in my life then one day he told me that the study of History and Philosophical research are nothing more than the primary policy activities of man. That politics is inseparable from human nature. And so now I am a graduate in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Rome. It would have been better if I had followed my original interest, the Sports and Theatre. I've become a good gymnast and a modest Actor. Sport to fuel your body, feed your mind for Science, Art for the Soul Food. It 'something that I like to repeat forever. Rome has always been in my heart, the center of all political reasoning. My idea is that the Roman world has: -A political boundless, as an expression of age-old institutions, such as the Republic and the Empire, who conquered the world - a cultural value, just think of the literature produced; -A social value, Meritocracy, the Cursus Honorum, New Man, everything that should rappresentarei the pivot on which to turn the State merit, evolution of the Democratic State; -A legal value, thanks to the law and pearls of jurisprudence that we have received to date; -An ethical value, essential to the Sapientia, the Iustitia of Law that is holy, but also the honor and responsibility of being heirs of famous people who built the Eternal City; Finally, but perhaps most important of all, an anthropological value: The Roman world as a new system of thought can eliminate the homo economicus and the corruptible man, working on the spirit, in favor of '"Roman man", which will have all the features listed above. A Cultural Revolution virtually.   I admit to being verbose. I noticed Res Publica just because I tried this and I saw the potential. Above all, I realized the world was looking earnestly Micronations because someone like me who believe in the superiority of the State of the State ETHNIC POLICY. And Micronations are just that, politicians States. I have never held positions of government in Res Publica, but only that of Pontifex Maximus, probably helped by my passion for classical mythology. I founded a political party, Roman Mosaic, then another, the Front Augustus, in positions clearly opposed to Caesarism finally merged in Nova Romanitas that took me to win election to the Consulate of the Republic. I found myself at the head of the government of one of the historical panorama of Italian-speaking micronations with no previous experience of ministry, with a coalition of liberals, communists and moderate: brancaleone army. It was not easy, I focused mainly on the dialogue between micronations. Conference that we did to revive the UMI went wrong but it was a good start, something it came out. I have ruled in the most difficult that could happen and eventually I became the last console Res Publica.
When he saw and what do you think were the unmistakable signs that made it clear that Res Publica would cease to exist?   Res Publica could continue to live for months or years in the state that it was time, a coma, but not death. The we have voluntarily pulled the plug because all the ideas and all the feelings that bound us to this project have been disappearing slowly. We saved the agony, but above all we made it a favor in terms of dignity to finish it in this way is much more dignified than to disappear into thin air without justification. In this way we save even human relationships and personal that you have created between us, that first of all siam a community of children, students and freethinkers.   It is always spoken of Young Roma or others even outside the micro-nationalism, does not think that you have bitten off more than it can chew and especially that you did not even know the one where you used to go into?   He always talked about these projects because the fate of Res Publica was just that, becoming something more. The original ambition of the founder, Lillo Colaleo has always been this. We have bitten off more than you can chew, yes. But in fact we had a very clear picture of what we were going to encounter: over the years, the kids who attended the forum Res Publica have grown. Res Publica was also and above all a political laboratory-cultural, and many of us, thanks to this we are trained intellectually and politically. Grown up and love for the Micronation has expired and is born to a new project of a political movement active. The difficulty of synthesis from the beginning there were so many. We were preparing a Manifesto of the Roman world, through study and effort Lillo was almost finished, and it is still available on request. In the Manifesto have theorized the Revolution Roman and Western cultural. Things then went for long, the distance tricked us, everyone was busy with his problems and not prone to burn time in studies and drudgery for Res Publica. They came new citizens who have pushed the real constituent of a new subject. But before it began, given the trend so negative, we made a pact to close everything if things had gone wrong and not drag. Young Rome, however, was a fictitious name. In recent months, Res Publica had assumed the official name of Roman Political Community, and this name has been closed.   Now what will happen to all the Romans who no longer have a country to stay?   Someone said, "my country is where we fight them for my Idea." In the world there are millions of people who feel the flame inside of Romanism. There is no country in which "being", because Rome is everywhere, the enchanted place where they come from our souls. We have no territory to defend, but an Idea to protect and promote. This is linked to the discourse of the United Micronations as politicians.   Do you think someone will try to revive the Res Publica or the myth of Rome is now finished?   The Myth of Rome is not born with us, and certainly not the end of mica with us, it's over the Roman world in the micro-nationalism, that is. We came to a level that even if someone wanted to try it, can not do anything but imitate us, but will never be the same.   What will you do now that he has more country, more Roman citizenship and no charge in Rome?   Be the case that I start studying!

---------------------------------

un valore culturale, basti pensare alla letteratura prodotta;
-un valore sociale, Meritocrazia, al Cursus Honorum, Uomo Nuovo, tutto ciò che dovrebbe rappresentarei il perno su cui far ruotare lo Stato Meritocratico, evoluzione dello Stato Democratico;
-un valore giuridico, grazie al diritto e alle perle di giurisprudenza che ci sono arrivate fino ad oggi;
-un valore etico, imprescindibile, quello della Sapientia, della Iustitia, della Legge che è Sacra, ma anche dell'Onore e della Responsabilità di sentirsi eredi dei celebri personaggi che edificarono la Città Eterna;

Theories

The crisis that has long affected the micronations has not yet precise solutions. Res Publica is turning into a political movement, Vitla no signs of life, much less the Cisalpine (at least it seems from his forum). The crisis micronational accompanies the global economic crisis that does not find peace to millions of people scattered among the nations. What I am about to propose is, therefore, an idea to "build" that so far has never been taken too considearazione, ie, the economy intermicronazionale. My proposal is not complicated it difficult to understand, since I myself do not know much about economics, so I hope to find some charitable person to help me develop this project.                                                                 What do you suggest? Lawmaking government micronazionali about profit and non-profit associations and the creation of a system of taxation and financing of the first second. Establishment of an intergovernmental international organization and to take care of collecting the data-profit associations and to place limits on their actions. Adoption of a fixed exchange rate between the currencies micronazionali according to the development of the various micronations. Creation of a welfare system of interstate and international scientific body attached to a new organization. Progressive approach to community micronazionali.                                                                 How are they realized? A series of meetings between two or more communities to start a project of legislating unanimous about the first point above. Signing of a treaty of establishment of the new organization and election of a constituent assembly between the citizens of signatory states. Signature, headquarters of the new organization, a treatise on point three above. Creation of a parliament intermicronazionale dealing with point 4 above. Implementation of common policies among the States Parties to the new organization. I have given my opinion, who shares may sign this document in the comments and contact me in private.   Thank you, Michael Cera

-----------------------------------

  5. Progressivo avvicinamento delle comunità micronazionali.

                                                              Come attuarli?

Grazie,
Michele Cera

Interview with Strato Gelsomino of SMORA

Piter: Hello and thank you for this interview enlightening to say a sad incident that has happened in the facebook group Free Information Micronational. But first of all tell us who you are and above all who is the SMORA.   SMORA: The SMORA is first of all a group of people of various ages who years earlier had established his residence in what is now called micronation, with time for various events in an order that was created at the end was the only active group that history and tradition. We never turned out as smora at least a year because as a policy we have adopted the non-visibility and collaboration across the board with voluntary groups. With the Internet, we gathered a little and maybe with an extensive project of association is that of micro-nationalism for the minimum of sovereignty that would allow us to act according to our tradition based on solidarity substantially.   Piter: Well ..... a very exhaustive description, but now we have to say who or what is Genovia since it is involved in the unfortunate incident with the SMORA.   SMORA: Some times he chatted chat with Genovia and often ended up doing a sort of personal advisor on his personal problems. He asked me to become a prince that is member of the board and rider and then to have the certificate that typically send a pdf that corresponds to a kind of citizenship or formal adherence to SMORA. In his speech talked about some of the various forms, there are data from around orders more or less recognized and also micronations and at the end we talked about Sealand and asked him what he had asked, and I'm famous statement was and he wrote me that he had paid 50 euro and was also poor as paper. So I replied with a joke, saying that he asked me to pay him less and I was in parchment or paper of Amalfi.   Piter: And in particular, what happened between the SMORA Genovia and since there was also talk of lawsuit?   SMORA: He began to say that is defamatory about me than the group severed ties, so do not admit a debate and we only put on guard that if he continues on other groups or forums the part of a lawsuit.   Piter: But what started it all? There has been an incident that sparked it all.   SMORA: Do you remember the various proclamations of Free Information of Lady Oscar and friends? It comes in chat saying: "Hello I am Lady Oscar" and I "Pleasure Candy Candy" I thought it was a joke. Then the self-styled Lady Oscar spoke of his brother's condition very mixed and I work in the field and I knew he was telling a hoax: even admitted to Grace Kelly of Monaco, I do not know if it really exists. And finally propose to fund a foundation in Switzerland intotolata august Empress Mother to help the poor in Africa. At this point I calmly commented sull'OMU all my disappointment is to use a malatttia as a joke and make fun of volunteering is a serious matter. Miraculously resurrected Emperor and began to fill the post offensive.   Piter: Now, as the last question of the interview, tell me what do you see her and all the SMORA of this episode and how you think it will end.   SMORA: We want to continue to work in peace and not waste time had to come out with the new constitution, but this episode has slowed down everything. We have received both by friends, members and associations solidarity.   Piter: And how the story will end?   SMORA: Going our own way.

--------------------------------------------------
