Piter Zucca interview Giuliano Peretti

The first question even if it seems trivial duty to do, who is Julian Peretti and what was his experience in the Res Publica SPQR Roman Republic.   To tell you the truth I do not like so much about me, I have no great success to tell. I love the History, Philosophy and Policy hatred since I was a kid. Someone important in my life then one day he told me that the study of History and Philosophical research are nothing more than the primary policy activities of man. That politics is inseparable from human nature. And so now I am a graduate in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Rome. It would have been better if I had followed my original interest, the Sports and Theatre. I've become a good gymnast and a modest Actor. Sport to fuel your body, feed your mind for Science, Art for the Soul Food. It 'something that I like to repeat forever. Rome has always been in my heart, the center of all political reasoning. My idea is that the Roman world has: -A political boundless, as an expression of age-old institutions, such as the Republic and the Empire, who conquered the world - a cultural value, just think of the literature produced; -A social value, Meritocracy, the Cursus Honorum, New Man, everything that should rappresentarei the pivot on which to turn the State merit, evolution of the Democratic State; -A legal value, thanks to the law and pearls of jurisprudence that we have received to date; -An ethical value, essential to the Sapientia, the Iustitia of Law that is holy, but also the honor and responsibility of being heirs of famous people who built the Eternal City; Finally, but perhaps most important of all, an anthropological value: The Roman world as a new system of thought can eliminate the homo economicus and the corruptible man, working on the spirit, in favor of '"Roman man", which will have all the features listed above. A Cultural Revolution virtually.   I admit to being verbose. I noticed Res Publica just because I tried this and I saw the potential. Above all, I realized the world was looking earnestly Micronations because someone like me who believe in the superiority of the State of the State ETHNIC POLICY. And Micronations are just that, politicians States. I have never held positions of government in Res Publica, but only that of Pontifex Maximus, probably helped by my passion for classical mythology. I founded a political party, Roman Mosaic, then another, the Front Augustus, in positions clearly opposed to Caesarism finally merged in Nova Romanitas that took me to win election to the Consulate of the Republic. I found myself at the head of the government of one of the historical panorama of Italian-speaking micronations with no previous experience of ministry, with a coalition of liberals, communists and moderate: brancaleone army. It was not easy, I focused mainly on the dialogue between micronations. Conference that we did to revive the UMI went wrong but it was a good start, something it came out. I have ruled in the most difficult that could happen and eventually I became the last console Res Publica.
When he saw and what do you think were the unmistakable signs that made it clear that Res Publica would cease to exist?   Res Publica could continue to live for months or years in the state that it was time, a coma, but not death. The we have voluntarily pulled the plug because all the ideas and all the feelings that bound us to this project have been disappearing slowly. We saved the agony, but above all we made it a favor in terms of dignity to finish it in this way is much more dignified than to disappear into thin air without justification. In this way we save even human relationships and personal that you have created between us, that first of all siam a community of children, students and freethinkers.   It is always spoken of Young Roma or others even outside the micro-nationalism, does not think that you have bitten off more than it can chew and especially that you did not even know the one where you used to go into?   He always talked about these projects because the fate of Res Publica was just that, becoming something more. The original ambition of the founder, Lillo Colaleo has always been this. We have bitten off more than you can chew, yes. But in fact we had a very clear picture of what we were going to encounter: over the years, the kids who attended the forum Res Publica have grown. Res Publica was also and above all a political laboratory-cultural, and many of us, thanks to this we are trained intellectually and politically. Grown up and love for the Micronation has expired and is born to a new project of a political movement active. The difficulty of synthesis from the beginning there were so many. We were preparing a Manifesto of the Roman world, through study and effort Lillo was almost finished, and it is still available on request. In the Manifesto have theorized the Revolution Roman and Western cultural. Things then went for long, the distance tricked us, everyone was busy with his problems and not prone to burn time in studies and drudgery for Res Publica. They came new citizens who have pushed the real constituent of a new subject. But before it began, given the trend so negative, we made a pact to close everything if things had gone wrong and not drag. Young Rome, however, was a fictitious name. In recent months, Res Publica had assumed the official name of Roman Political Community, and this name has been closed.   Now what will happen to all the Romans who no longer have a country to stay?   Someone said, "my country is where we fight them for my Idea." In the world there are millions of people who feel the flame inside of Romanism. There is no country in which "being", because Rome is everywhere, the enchanted place where they come from our souls. We have no territory to defend, but an Idea to protect and promote. This is linked to the discourse of the United Micronations as politicians.   Do you think someone will try to revive the Res Publica or the myth of Rome is now finished?   The Myth of Rome is not born with us, and certainly not the end of mica with us, it's over the Roman world in the micro-nationalism, that is. We came to a level that even if someone wanted to try it, can not do anything but imitate us, but will never be the same.   What will you do now that he has more country, more Roman citizenship and no charge in Rome?   Be the case that I start studying!

---------------------------------

un valore culturale, basti pensare alla letteratura prodotta;
-un valore sociale, Meritocrazia, al Cursus Honorum, Uomo Nuovo, tutto ciò che dovrebbe rappresentarei il perno su cui far ruotare lo Stato Meritocratico, evoluzione dello Stato Democratico;
-un valore giuridico, grazie al diritto e alle perle di giurisprudenza che ci sono arrivate fino ad oggi;
-un valore etico, imprescindibile, quello della Sapientia, della Iustitia, della Legge che è Sacra, ma anche dell'Onore e della Responsabilità di sentirsi eredi dei celebri personaggi che edificarono la Città Eterna;
