Message of Giorgio Viganò to II MicroExpo of Kingdom of Cattimondo

Buongiorno.

Il tema che ho scelto per questo MicroExpo è un tema di cui sono un grande sostenitore e promotore: un’Unione Organizzativa delle Micronazioni Italofone.

Volevo partire da un articolo che ho scritto tempo fa per la Voce Cattihondese.

Questo mio articolo ha un po’ rilanciato nel mondo micronazionale il tema dell’organizzazione, quindi vorrei leggerlo con voi e svolgere una riflessione ed un approfondimento.

Sovente, quando si parla di un’organizzazione, l’ambiente micronazionale ha pareri quasi totalmente negativi, accreditati certamente dalle terribili esperienze vissute in passato.

Infatti, la scena non ha ancora pienamente digerito il boccone amaro dei vari fallimenti e non ha del tutto dimenticato (e meno male!) quelle disfatte chiamate UMI, OMU…

Occorre, tuttavia, arrivati a questo punto, riflettere su tali sventure. Partiamo con l’Unione Micronazionale Italofona, deceduta ormai da qualche tempo a causa di alcune irresponsabili (se non folli…) avversità tra gli “Stati” membri. Io posso, però, ritenere che l’errore stesse alla radice e fosse la virtualità delle entità componenti. E’ stato, a mio parere, il nichilismo tipico delle “micronazioni virtuali” (enti del tutto fini a se stessi) a trarre le persone ad inevitabili contrasti che, con il passare dei mesi, hanno logorato quello che, secondo me, era un vano tentativo di autoconvincersi della propria (non) esistenza.

Un altro caso piuttosto fallimentare fu l’Organizzazione delle Micronazioni Unite che, all’inizio del 2011, mise a fuoco la volontà di radunare le realtà emergenti di quel periodo. Anche questa prova fu, purtroppo, elusa. In quel caso, la poca esperienza degli aderenti e la selettiva nulla dell’Organizzazione resero impossibile una durata maggiore a qualche mese.

Tirando le somme, quindi, i denominatori che hanno rovinato i tentativi di unire sotto un’unica egida le micronazioni, specie quelle italofone, sono due: la virtualità degli enti e l’inesperienza. A questi due fattori se ne aggiunge un ulteriore terzo: la fretta di accampare in aria delle Comunità per nulla solide. Oggi questi difetti sono debellati: la virtualità delle micronazioni ormai si è estinta (con la fine o, almeno, il declino irrimediabile di alcuni esperimenti web spacciati per micronazioni) e l’esperienza si è accresciuta (al tempo dell’OMU RdC e Dolcebano erano nuove nel Panorama). Inoltre, riferendoci alla circoscrizione italofona, ad oggi s’è creato un positivo equilibrio: grazie al lavoro della Libera Informazione Micronazionale si è formata una scena più o meno fissa, assolutamente stabile (resistere agli affronti di Principati vari non è da tutti…), coesa, affiatata e collaborativa. Riflettiamo, perciò, e proviamo a rivalutare il concetto di “Organizzazione micronazionale”.

E’ il tempo di compiere un passo avanti per la coesione delle Micronazioni italofone.

A che pro, direte?

Sicuramente si potrebbe avere un maggior coordinamento, il quale porterebbe a sua volta a più condivisione, coinvolgimento, collaborazione ed arricchimento (culturale e politico) reciproco. Fino ad oggi si è, nell’ordine, creata e coesa la Comunità, adesso si deve organizzarla, senza comunque nulla togliere ai Poteri statali, per evitare una stagnazione del Progetto micronazionalista italofono, la quale, ad un occhio esperto, può sembrare “alle porte”. Ora lancio a voi micronazionalisti e governanti un appello: riflettete su un argomento che, ormai da qualche tempo, è accantonato. Provate ad ambientarlo nella stagione che stiamo attraversando come Comunità. Ricordate che oggi “va tutto bene”, ma tra qualche anno ci potrebbero essere affronti alla nostra tranquillità o, peggio, questo stato di tranquillità/equilibrio potrebbe affondarci in uno di coma profondo, come è stato alcuni tempi addietro per il precedente ciclo micronazionale.

In questi casi, una vera Unione rappresenterebbe una robusta difesa immunitaria all’insegna delle iniziative e della Comunità.

Dunque, riepilogando, quali sono i tre punti cardine di questo progetto, che lo differenziano da tutti gli altri di matrice organizzativa?

1. La fisicità delle micronazioni. E qua, vorrei aprire una piccola parentesi a cui sono molto affezionato: la Fisicità delle Micronazioni. Io ho sempre visto questo carattere come fondamentale nel quadro generale di una micronazione. Cosa differenzia una micronazione fisica, territoriale, da una virtuale? Innanzitutto, proprio il territorio. Non dobbiamo mai dimenticare che il territorio rappresenta le nostre radici, la nostra motivazione maestra. Perché durante l’anno ci arrabattiamo in varie attività quali consigli, concorsi, votazioni? Perché il nostro punto di riferimento ultimo è la terra, questa terra su cui oggi parliamo. Perché sappiamo che il lavoro che svolgiamo durante l’arco dell’anno poi si potrà tradurre sul territorio, per creare una realtà, la realtà che noi stessi decidiamo nel corso dell’anno.

La domanda è: avremmo la stessa voglia di lavorare se poi non potessimo tradurre i nostri sforzi su un territorio come il Regno, un territorio che amiamo e in cui ci riconosciamo? No. Ogni azione dell’uomo è orientata a un fine squisitamente concreto. E il nostro fine concreto e vedere una realtà crescere nel corso degli anni. Ripeto, una realtà. 

Noi sappiamo che le micronazioni sono qualcosa di infinitesimamente piccolo, quasi ridicolo. 

Nessuno ci riconosce, siamo soli.

Ma possiamo contare, avendo un territorio, sul riconoscimento più importante, quello da parte di noi stessi.

Ed è per questo che in una dimensione estera non possiamo prescindere dalla territorialità. Perché, dacchè siamo piccoli, possiamo osservare, con l’aiuto di tutte le micronazioni amiche, la crescita di varie realtà, le realtà che noi stessi vogliamo. Ed è questo uno dei punti cardine della mia idea di collaborazione micronazionale: il lavoro condiviso per far crescere le nostre comunità ed ampliare il bacino di autorevolezza dell’ambiente micronazionale, sulla base di un ambiente territoriale che ha da essere la motivazione ultima, almeno tra quelle tangibili, della nostra azione.

2.Un altro punto forte di coesione delle micronazioni italofone deve essere l’esperienza LIM all’interno della quale, durante questi anni, si sono create le sinergie tra le varie micronazioni e soprattutto una comune identità e un comune senso di appartenenza ad un microuniverso delle micronazioni italofone.

A questo punto tiro fuori due esempi in negativo, l’OMU e il Principato d’Augusta.

L’OMU era in sé un’esperienza di sani principi, ma nel ricordarla come esempio negativo, dobbiamo sempre rammendare l’estrema ingenuità ed inesperienza delle micronazioni che ne hanno fatto parte. 

Infatti noi, insieme a Dolcebano e ad altri eravamo solo da poco sul panorama micronazionale ed un entusiasmo da principianti ci aveva spinti ad immaginare una cosa più grande di noi.

La cosa che avevamo tralasciato, nella costruzione di questa piattaforma, era una caratteristica fondamentale: la Conoscenza, se non Cultura Comune.

Tre anni fa non avevamo il feeling giusto né l’amalgama corretto per mettere su un’organizzazione, mentre oggi, dopo del tempo passato a lavorare insieme, il grande passo è possibile.

Perché non è un salto nel vuoto, ma è posto sulla base di una ferma piattaforma di amicizia e di collaborazione ormai saldata dal tempo.

L’altro esempio, senz’altro ancora peggiore, è stato il Principato di Augusta.

Il Principato di Augusta, per chi non lo sapesse, è stato un esperimento di creare uno Stato in cui fare coesistere tutti i micronazionalisti italiani. 

A parte l’alibi assurdo, in verità questo progetto, e lo dico senza mezzi termini, serviva solo all’autogratificazione di noi tutti e, infatti, s’è dissolto nel nulla dopo alcune elezioni e alcune spartizioni di potere. 

Quello che ci ha insegnato la LIM e che ci ha insegnato il mondo negli ultimi anni è che il gioco politico non serve a niente.

Bisogna pensare a una comunità, globale, e penso soprattutto a quella europea, come micronazionale che guardi alle persone, non ai giochi di potere o alla burocrazia. Questo è il mondo che noi vogliamo cambiare, quello fatto di corruzione, burocrazia inutile, cattiveria, avidità, gelo tra le persone.

Non possiamo pensare di dare un buon contributo al mondo se non ci decidiamo a uscire fuori dagli schemi prefissati: per fare una organizzazione non serve burocrazia e cancellazione delle persone, dobbiamo proporre una realtà diversa, fatta di sostanza, di rapporti interpersonali, di affetto ed amicizia. Questo è ciò che vogliamo, questo è ciò che il mondo, e, in questo caso, la LIM ci insegna.

Quindi, la creazione di un’organizzazione su basi di rapporti saldi e di intenti positivi, innovativi e rivoluzionari.

3.Il terzo punto è forse quello più tecnico, la linea che deve seguire quest’operazione che speriamo di avviare ovvero la calma e la gradualità.

Abbiamo visto come delle ideone campate in aria in due giorni non si sono poi rivelate delle genialità.

Questo perché non si può pensare di andare a costruire dove non c’è nulla.

Bisogna prima partire dalle fondamenta, creare la comunità, compito svolto negli ultimi anni e poi salire pian piano. All’inizio si tratterà di predisporre degli incontri fisici, poi si tratterà di attuare riforme comuni, poi potremo iniziare a creare delle minime istituzioni comuni ed infine avremo un organismo sovranazionale che coordini, senza cessioni di sovranità, i passi di queste piccole formiche che, con l’entusiasmo di cui sono dotate, possono tuttavia divenire un operoso formicaio.

Ogni step verrà concordato con gli amici. Bisognerà decidere insieme sempre il “prossimo passo”, compierlo TUTTI e poi passare, quando si riterrà il momento adatto, a quello successivo, fino ad arrivare ad un’entità che non sostituisca le singole micronazioni, ma le coordini.

E qui, esaurendo i tre punti, arriviamo al grande interrogativo: cosa servirà mai un’organizzazione?

Io sono d’accordo con gli scettici: oggi come oggi non serve a niente. Non abbiamo una predisposizione, delle basi comuni, una mentalità improntata in quella direzione. Però non possiamo negare che, una volta cresciuti ancora insieme, non potremo compiere il grande passo che tutti insieme, coordinati.

Ovvero, adesso siamo così piccoli, così irrilevanti, che non sentiamo nemmeno il bisogno di coordinare le nostre attività, ma con delle riforme comuni, con la crescita fisiologica derivata dal normale decorso di una micronazione e, allo stesso tempo, dalla maggiore condivisione sempre di più con le varie micronazioni, arriveremo ad un livello al quale ci diremo “cavolo, abbiamo costruito qualcosa di modesto. Forse valiamo qualcosa. Forse abbiamo davvero qualcosa da insegnare allo stesso mondo che vogliamo cambiare”. Questa è la nostra missione, non abbiamo paura. Cambiare noi stessi, cambiare le persone intorno a noi, cambiare tutto. Dare una dimostrazione, una testimonianza, che qualcosa di diverso si può, si DEVE fare.

E questo non possiamo certo farlo da soli, ma, per farlo, dovremo davvero essere in sintonia e in sinergia (dal greco “sun”, “con” e erchou “lavorare”). Perché da soli siamo solo delle formichette insignificanti, insieme agli altri possiamo diventare un formicaio operoso e coordinato che dia un insegnamento a tutti gli animali più grossi di noi.

Con questo vi saluto, ma non prima di recitare una frase che ho scolpito dentro ineluttabilmente e mi accompagna in tutti i momenti della mia vita, in questo caso anche nel micronazionalismo.

Lei è all’orizzonte, mi avvicino di due passi, lei si allontana di due passi. Io cammino per venti passi, e lei si sposta di venti passi. Io allora faccio cento passi, e le si sposta cento passi oltre. A cosa serve l’Utopia dunque? Serve ad imparare a camminare. Grazie.

Good morning. The theme I have chosen for this MicroExpo is a subject of which I am a great supporter and promoter: Union Organizing Micronations Italian-speaking. I wanted from an article I wrote some time ago for Voice Cattihondese. This article of mine has a little 're-launched in the world micronational the theme of the organization, so I would read it with you and play a reflection and deepening. Oftentimes, when talking about an organization, the environment micronational has almost totally negative opinions, certainly accredited by the terrible experiences in the past. In fact, the scene has not yet fully digested the bitter pill of the various failures and has not completely forgotten (and thank goodness!) Those defeats calls UMI, SMO ... 
 must, however, at this point, think about these misfortunes. Let's start with the Union Micronational Italian Speaking, died some time now because of some irresponsible (if not crazy ...) adversity between the "United" States. I can, however, believe that the same error was at the root and the virtuality of the component entities. E 'was, in my opinion, nihilism typical of "virtual micronations" (all entities in themselves) to draw people to the inevitable contrasts that with each passing month, have frayed what, according to me, was a vain attempt to convince himself of his own (non) existence. Another case was the rather unsuccessful Organization of the United Micronations that, in early 2011, he focused on the desire to bring together the emerging realities of the time. That proof was, unfortunately, eluded. In that case, the lack of experience of the members and the selective nothing Organization made it impossible for a longer duration to a few months. Summing up, then, the denominators that have ruined attempts to unite under one umbrella micronations, especially those Italian-speaking, there are two: the virtuality of the bodies and inexperience. These two factors have been supplemented by a further third: the rush to stake into the air of the Communities for nothing solid. Today, these defects are eradicated: the virtuality Micronations now is extinct (with the end or, at least, the irremediable decline of some experiments web masquerading as micronations) and the experience has increased (at the time of the SMO and SAFC Dolcebano were in the new Panorama). In addition, referring to the Italian-speaking constituency, to date it has created a positive balance: thanks to the work of the Free Information Micronational has formed a scene more or less fixed, absolutely stable (resist the face of various principalities is not for everyone ...) cohesive, tight-knit and collaborative. Reflect, then, and try to re-evaluate the concept of "Organization micronational." It 's the time to take a step forward for the cohesion of Micronations Italian-speaking.
 For what, you say? Surely you could have a greater coordination, which in turn would lead to more sharing, involvement, collaboration and enrichment (cultural and political) mutual. Until now it is in the order created and cohesive community, you now have to organize it, without, however, detracting from the state powers, in order to avoid stagnation of the Project Micronationalist Italian-speaking, which, to an experienced eye, it may seem "to doors. " Now you micronazionalisti to launch an appeal and rulers: think about a topic that, for some time now, is set aside. Try to set it in the season we are experiencing as a community. Remember that today's "anything goes", but in a few years there could be affronts to our peace of mind, or worse, this state of peace / balance could sink us into a deep coma, as it was some time ago for the previous cycle micronational. In these cases, a true Union would represent a robust immune defense in the name of the initiatives and the Community. So, summarizing, what are the three key aspects of the project, which set it apart from all the other matrix organization?
 1. The physicality of Micronations. And here, I would like to open a small parenthesis in which I am very fond of: the Physicality Micronations. I have always seen this as a fundamental character in the general framework of a micronation. What makes a micronation physical, territorial, from a virtual one? First, just the territory. We must never forget that the territory is our roots, our motivation teacher. Because during the year there arrabattiamo in various activities such as tips, contests, vote? Because our ultimate point of reference is the land, this land that I now speak. Because we know that the work we do throughout the year then you will be able to translate the area, to create a reality, the reality that we ourselves decide during the year. The question is the same as we would want to work if not then we could translate our efforts on a territory as the Kingdom, a country we love and in which we recognize ourselves? No. Every human action is directed towards an end exquisitely concrete. And our real goal and see a really grow over the years. Again, a reality. We know that Micronations are something infinitesimally small, almost laughable.
 Nobody recognizes us, we are alone. But we can count on having a territory, the most important recognition, that part of ourselves. And it is for this reason that in an external dimension we can not regardless of territoriality. Why, since we are small, we can observe, with the help of all the friends Micronations, the growth of various reality, the reality that we ourselves want. And this is one of the cornerstones of my idea of ​​collaboration micronational: job-sharing to help grow our community and expand the pool of authority micronational environment, based on a territorial environment that has to be the ultimate motivation, at least among those tangible of our action. 2.A Another strong point of cohesion Micronations Italophone must be the LIM experience in which, during these years, they create synergies between the various micronations and above all a common identity and a shared sense of belonging to a micro- Micronations Italian-speaking. At this point I pull out two examples in the negative, the SMO and the Principality of Augusta. The SMO was in itself an experience of sound principles, but remember it as a negative example, we always have to mend the extreme naivety and inexperience of micronations that have been part of. In fact, we, along with Dolcebano and others were only recently on view micronational and enthusiasm we had driven from beginners to imagine something greater than ourselves. The thing that we had ignored in the construction of this platform, was a key feature: the knowledge, if not Shared culture. Three years ago we did not have the right feeling or amalgam correct to set up an organization, but now, after some time spent working together, the plunge is possible. Because it is a leap of faith, but is instead based on a firm platform of friendship and cooperation now welded by time. The other example, no doubt even worse, was the Principality of Augusta. The Principality of Augusta, for the uninitiated, was an experiment to create a state in which to do all coexist micronazionalisti Italian. Aside from the absurd alibi, in truth this project, and I say bluntly, self-gratification only served to us all and, in fact, has run dissolved into thin air after some elections and some divisions of power. The one who taught us the LIM and who taught the world in recent years is that the political game is useless. You have to think of a community, global, and I think particularly in the European Union, as micronational him look at the people, not power games or the bureaucracy. This is the world that we want to change, the fact of corruption, unnecessary bureaucracy, wickedness, greed, frost between people. We can not expect to make a good contribution to the world if we do not decide to come out of the box set: to make a non-serving bureaucracy and cancellation of the people, we propose a different reality, made of substance, interpersonal relationships, affection and friendship. This is what we want, this is what the world, and in this case, the LIM teaches us. Thus, the creation of an organization on the basis of strong relationships and positive intent, innovative and revolutionary. 3.Il third point is perhaps the most technical, the line must follow this operation we hope to start or calm and gradually. We have seen how the ideone far-fetched in two days do not have turned out the genius. This is because you can not think about going to build where there is nothing. At the beginning it will be located at the physical meetings, then it will implement reforms in common, then we can start to create the minimum common institutions and finally we will have a supra-national body to coordinate, without transfer of sovereignty, the steps of these small ants, with the enthusiasm of which they are provided may, however, become an industrious ant.
 Each step will be agreed with friends. We must decide together always the "next step", and then perform it ALL pass, when the time is deemed appropriate, to the next, until you get to an entity that does not replace the individual micro-nations, but the coordinates. And here, running out of the three points, we come to the big question: what will it ever an organization? I agree with the skeptics: nowadays it's no use. We do not have a predisposition, a common basis, a mentality geared in that direction. But we can not deny that, once grown together again, we will not take the big step that all together, coordinated. That is, now we are so small, so insignificant, that does not even feel the need to coordinate our activities, but with the reforms common with the physiological growth derived from the normal course of a micronation and, at the same time, ever greater sharing of more with the various micronations, we will get to a level at which we say "hell, we have built something modest. Perhaps we're worth something. Maybe we really have something to teach the same world that we want to change. " This is our mission, we are not afraid. Change ourselves, change the people around us, change everything. Give a demonstration, a testimony, that something different you can, you MUST do. And this we can not do it yourself, but to do so, we will really be in harmony and synergy (from the greek "sun", "with" and erchou "work"). Because alone we are the only formichette insignificant, together with others can become an ant industrious and coordinated giving a lesson to all animals bigger than us. With this I salute you, but not before reciting a phrase I carved inside and inevitably accompanies me in every moment of my life, in this case even in the micro-nationalism.
